Introduction
This assessment is designed to help you and your leadership team have an honest conversation about your organization's readiness to adopt AI. It is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers, and a low score is not a failure — it simply tells you where to focus before making significant AI investments.
Most organizations discover they are stronger in some areas and have gaps in others. That is completely normal. The goal is clarity, not judgment.
The assessment covers six areas that determine whether AI initiatives succeed or struggle. For each area, you will find a series of questions to discuss with your team. Take your time. The conversation these questions spark is as valuable as the score you end up with.

How to Use This Assessment
Gather your leadership team or the group responsible for technology and innovation decisions. Work through each section together, discussing each question honestly. For each question, decide which description best fits your organization right now — not where you hope to be, but where you actually are today.
After completing all sections, add up your scores and read the interpretation at the end. Then discuss what it means for your next steps.
You may also use this assessment in smaller groups or individually first, then compare perspectives. Often, different leaders have different views of the same organization, and surfacing those differences is valuable.
